The beautiful Provence Town House in the middle of the village of Cavillargues is approximately 260 years old and is heritage-listed.
It has been lovingly renovated and repaired by the previous owners over two decades.
The small village stream runs right through the property, partly open and partly covered at the pool area.

Today the house consists of three separate parts. A small studio with street access, the Granny Flat you might want to rent and our own living space on the first and second floors.

Both apartments have direct access to the garden area and pool. The back entrance through the “Portail” takes you to your parking spot and rear access to the granny flat. Have a look at the video showing how our house is situated in its surroundings.
